    • Complimentary 2-hour rehearsal prior to the event day, if available and desired.*

    * Hourly rentals include only the hours reserved in the rental contract; the complimentary rehearsal is included with full-day rentals only.

    ** The parking lot across the street is included with full-day rentals and may be added to hourly rentals for a $100 flat fee. Parking area adjacent to the venue is included with all rentals.

  • What it Costs

    At Hummingbird Hall, you can choose the rental time that works best for your event, from a few hours to a full day. Full-day rentals include exclusive use of the venue from 9 AM–11 PM, giving you and your vendors plenty of time to set up, celebrate, and enjoy the day without feeling rushed. The venue comfortably accommodates about 80 guests indoors, or up to 100 when using both the indoor and outdoor spaces.

    Monday–Thursday
    $150/hour for the first 3 hours
    $50/hour each additional hour

    Friday–Sunday
    $250/hour for the first 3 hours

    A non-refundable booking fee of $250 is required to reserve your date, regardless of pricing type. On the day of your event, the booking fee converts to a refundable cleaning deposit. Following the event, the $250 will be refunded provided the venue is vacated by 11pm and is left in accordance with the rental agreement and no damage or excessive clean-up is required. In the event of cancellation, the booking fee is non-refundable. This booking fee/cleaning deposit is not included in the total costs listed above.
