What it Costs
At Hummingbird Hall, we offer a simple, full-day rental option so couples can take their time, bring in the vendors they love, and enjoy a relaxed, unhurried celebration. Only one wedding is hosted per day, allowing the space to be entirely yours. Hummingbird Hall is best suited for weddings with a maximum of 80 guests for indoor only events, and a maximum of 100 if you’re utilizing both the indoor and outdoor spaces.
Peak-Season (May - October): $1,800
Off-Season (November - April): $1,600
Hourly
Mondays-Thursdays:
$150/hour for the first 3 hours
$50/hour for each additional hourFridays-Sundays:
$250/hour for the first 3 hours
$100/hour for each additional hour—-
*A non-refundable booking fee of $250 is required to reserve your date, regardless of pricing type. It becomes refundable after your event, assuming premises are vacated by 11pm and no damage to the property or excessive clean-up is required. Unfortunately, the deposit is not refundable upon cancellation. This deposit is not included in the total costs listed above.
